Wie ich gerade beim Cashy gelesen habe, können nun auch Google Apps Nutzer Google+ verwenden. Hierzu muss einfach in der Domainverwaltung der Service Google+ eingeschaltet werden.

Leider gibt es aktuell noch keine Möglichkeit, seinen Account umzuziehen. Google hat aber bereits angekündigt, ein Tool zur Migration anzubieten. Dies dauert allerdings noch etwas.
